I. Recipients, Duration and Application Requirements of the Scholarship

   Undergraduate scholarships are offered to those who apply to pursue a bachelor's degree at Harbin Normal University, with a study period of four academic years. Applicants should have an educational qualification equivalent to a high school diploma in China, with excellent academic performance and be no older than 25 years old.

    Master's Degree Scholarship: Offered to those applying to pursue a master's degree at Harbin Normal University, with a professional study period of three academic years. Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree, have excellent academic performance, and be recommended by two professors or associate professors. They will be admitted to our university after passing the entrance examination, and be under 35 years old.

    Doctoral student Scholarship: Offered to those applying to pursue a doctoral degree at Harbin Normal University, with a study period of 3 to 4 academic years. Applicants should hold a master's degree, have excellent academic performance, and be recommended by two professors or associate professors. They will be admitted to our university after passing the entrance examination and be under 40 years old.

    Ii. Scholarship Content

    The Heilongjiang Provincial Government Scholarship will provide students with registration fees, tuition fees, basic textbook fees, accommodation fees and comprehensive medical insurance. International travel expenses and living expenses are at your own expense. Scholarship students who wish to conduct experiments or internships beyond the school's teaching plan shall bear the costs themselves.

    Iii. Application Time

    Applicants can obtain the admission brochure for the following year from the International Students Admissions Office in December each year and submit all materials before April 1st.
